Terms of Service

Please be sure to read this before commissioning me. I also have every right to decline commissions I don't want to work on.

Payment
Do not send me money for a commission until given confirmation. When paying, please show proof of the transaction. I will check on my end and confirm receipt of the payment immediately before proceeding.I will check in to give updates on the progress of the commission every 3-5 days. I have work and other responsibilities, so I request understanding that I won't be able to give updates every day.

Art Process
The rough sketch is always the time to ask for any major changes. Major changes meaning the scenery, pose, character, basically anything that will be shown as significantly different.You are only allowed 3 minor changes after you approve the rough sketch with payment. The only exception to this is if I make mistakes regarding the character design or other factors that you originally requested to be included that I might have missed.You can ask for the higher quality download source for the completed artwork from DeviantArt, sta.sh, or Gmail once the commission is done.

Refunds
Paying the full commission amount after I make a rough sketch is an automatic agreement on both of our ends. This means you may not back out of the commission or demand a refund because you are unsatisfied with the end result.The only time you would receive a refund after the full payment would be if I am no longer able to finish your commission.

Copyright & Restricted Actions
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only. The only exception to this is if you discuss it with me before starting the commission. For example, games, merch, etc. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services is prohibited.

Commission Prices

I am comfortable drawing a variety of characters and species even if I don't have an example on here for it!Below are standardized prices for the types of commissions I currently have examples for.

Price Variability
If the character's design is complex or you wish for more than one character in a commission, you may be subject to additional charges. Additional charges are up to my discretion and would be discussed prior to starting the rough sketch.If you would like to commission me for a project that isn't listed below, feel free to contact me
