Terms of Service

Please be sure to read this before commissioning me. I also have every right to decline commissions I don't want to work on.

Payment
Do not send me money for a commission until given confirmation. When paying, please show proof of the transaction. I will make sure on my end and confirm that I received the payment right away before continuing.I will always try to check in and give updates on the commission every 3 days to a week. I have school and other responsibilities, so I request that you be understanding and not ask for an update every single day.

Art Process
The rough sketch is always the time to ask for any major changes. Major changes meaning the scenery, pose, character, basically anything that will be shown as significantly different.You are only allowed 3 minor changes after you approve the rough sketch with payment. The only exception to this is if I make mistakes regarding the character design or other factors that you originally requested to be included before the recent update.You can ask for better quality download source from DeviantArt sta.sh, Gmail, etc. once the commission is done.

Refunds
Paying the full commission amount after I make a rough sketch is an automatic agreement on both of our ends. This means you may not back out of the commission or demand a refund because you are "unsatisfied" with the end result.The only time you would receive a refund after the full payment would be if I am simply unable to finish your commission.

Copyright & Restricted Actions
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only. The only exception to this is if you discuss it with me before starting the commission. For example, games, merch, etc. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services is prohibited.
